You have 2 options:

The Aubusson Suite (Executive Suite)
The Aubusson Suite is the definition of good taste. You can tell that each piece of antique furtinure was chosen with great care and attention to detail. The decor brings an additional touch of luxury to this hotel’s unique atmosphere. Moreover, the room was surprisingly big (31 m2).
Good to know: Guesthouse Bonifacius is located in a very quiet street, which means you won’t have to worry about any kind of noise.

You will also find everything you need in your room:
- Toiletries

- Bathrobes
Let’s be honest, it’s not a real vacation until you hang out in your room wearing your hotel room’s bathrobe 😉
A perfect breakfast in a perfect setting

The ancient Flemish-style breakfast room is probably one of the most beautiful rooms of this 4-star hotel.
I must confess that I spent the evening talking about how I was looking forward to having breakfast the next morning… and the least I can say is that I wasn’t disappointed. I’ll just let the pictures talk for themselves! Fresh bread and pastries, fruit salads, omelet, you name it!
Actually, the breakfast was so delicious and generous that we just skipped lunchtime (and made up for it later with a waffle of course).

A breathtaking view over the canal and Our Lady of Bruges from the B&B’s terrace rooftop
Just picture enjoying the sunset over The Church of Our Lady and Bonifacius Bridge. This is exactly what you’ll get if you take the stairs up to the B&B’s rooftop terrace. It is accessible to guests at all times (with their room key).

Is it possible to book a room with a canal view?
Yes! If you would like to enjoy a canal view directly from your room, make sure to book the Master Suite with canal view. But no matter which room you decide to book, you will still get an amazing view over the canals from the breakfast room and rooftop terrace.

Yes, 100%. I would spend every penny again without thinking twice. Moreover, if you’re only planning to spend just one night in Bruges, this is the perfect treat for a romantic getaway (not so much for a family vacation though).
Fun fact about Guesthouse Bonifacius in Bruges
The B&B is actually composed of a 13th-century house (along the canal) + a second 16th-century house. This makes it absolutely unique and worth a visit!
Special thanks to Bonifacius Guesthouse’s owner, Lyne, who really went the extra mile to make us feel at home during our stay!

I hope you’ve found this review useful! My opinion is probably biased as I instantly fell in love with this place. But to be honest, I think it’d be hard to be disappointed! I hope you’ll enjoy your stay as much as I did 🙂
